This image won first place in Art Room Gallery's 'Nature' competition in March 2018 (see video), was a finalist in Travel Photographer of the Year and was runner-up in the Guardian readers' travel photography competition for August 2017:

"Good, very good, I have seen these before but rarely done with this competence. The depth of field is spot on and the bold cropping and blue to the left intriguing. Nice one – zebra are easy to photograph but not often this well." Paul Goldstein

This image also won a Special Recognition award in Light Space & Time's Nature Art Exhibition and their Animals Art Exhibition, was shortlisted in the Wildlife Insight category of the 2017 Outdoor Photographer of the Year award and was chosen as a finalist and won an Honourable Mention in the Fusion Art Open Art Exhibition (see video)..
